Mixtec has a worldwide branching service network. Regardless of the location of your site, you can count on Mixtec’s partners to assist you with consultation, sale of genuine spare parts or service. Ū-Tec SIA being Mixtec’s European agent manages these issues in this continent.

Whether it’s online or offline, our service engineers will make sure that none of your questions remain unanswered.

Agitators are supplied with installation and operation manuals along with checklists allowing the customer to make sure that none of the important details during erection, installation and commissioning are missed. Further on we can assist your engineers over the phone WhatsApp, Zoom, Skype or in person.

Once the mixers are commissioned, we offer genuine Mixtec spare parts. Depending on the application, we can forecast the number of spare parts you will / might need in the future. 

Our service team is available not only for maintenance and repairs but also for audits of already installed third party equipment. Through evaluation of breakdowns and drawbacks in the process, we can advise a cost-effective upgrade or retrofit to help you achieve your plant’s performance and OpEx targets.
