Cooperation with Ū-Tec allows you to simplify each stage of projects involving agitators (and pumps) while reducing the risks of inaccurate equipment selection, improper design and installation.

Our company can assist you as early as pre-feasibility studies offering quick budget proposals. Already on FS and FEED stages, we offer a full proposal (including Autocad GA drawings if needed). We can accommodate the Detailed Engineering Design with 3D drawings as well as detailed specifications and instructions.

We provide static and dynamic loads to allow proper calculations of the mounting structures and/or vessel design.

Along with efficient agitator selection, we can issue advice on optimal tank design, special arrangements, such as anti-vortex baffles, risers, dip tubes, mounting structures, nozzle orientations and the most economical vessel shape.

Complicated process tasks can be validated by CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and pilot testing.
